The minimum age is generally 10-12 years. Trails are less arduous with more time to enjoy yourselves. Really something worth writing about in the school holiday journal!

These trips require a good level of fitness and there will be help at hand for the younger members. The trekking part of these tours involves up to three to five hours of walking each day at a relaxed pace on variable terrain at low altitude. Each night we stay at a comfortable lodge or camp 'in style' where lodging facilities do not exist, using the best equipment including a spacious and cosy family size tent, and well cushioned mattresses.
